Tax on sale obligation

We are thinking of selling our holiday apartment and wondered if anyone can advise on the tax situation.

We rented our place out for a couple of years and stopped in 2018. I think I read somewhere that it is taxed differently after renting out if you sell it within X years. Just wanted to know if this is correct and if so, how many years it is before the tax rate goes down?
