Transfer of Property to Children

I don’t think I am being lazy I have tried to research this subject on this site and on the web but I only seem to be redirected to a host of lawyers website. I am wary of lawyers every since one ran off with a lot of my money. They did catch him and put him in prison as I was not the only person he had robbed but I never got a penny back.
I was wondering if anyone on here had thought about it or done it. The idea was suggested to us by the agent who sold us the property 9 years ago so I don’t even know if it is viable or worthwhile post Brexit. The house is in joint names we are non resident spending about 140 days a year here.

Did you try to get your money back throught the College of Abagados the Lawyer was registered to, they should have a compensation fund available The nearest one is in Alicante
