I am aware that you must obtain a rental Licence and display the Licence number visable on the villa. You must install smoke alarms and fire extinguisher Notify local police names of guests staying in rental weekly, 2 weekly. Submit taxes every 3 months. Is there anything more? Has Marcliff ever issued a difinitive document relating to this subject?

If you go over to sister forum Costa Blanca, DaveBev1 is considered to be the forum expert on this subject, they have written a guide to the procedure.
