La Siesta Clinic for Private and they speak English. If you are non resident and have your EU health card, Quesada Clinic at Dona Pepa are excellent, particularly Dr Valenti.

Slightly off topic, I went to Quesada Clinic yesterday and got shown the door with my EHIC!
I had an eye test at Specsavers the day before, and the Optometrist found an abnormality that concerned him, to the extent that he gave me a letter to take to a Doctor, advising that I require an urgent examination and medical opinion.
The receptionist at Dona Pepa told me that the EHIC does not cover Specialists, and to take a hike. So I took a hike down to Torrevieja hospital and they were extremely helpful. I got to see a Specialist in the eye clinic and had an eye scan, all within a couple of hours of arrival at A&E.
As it turned out thankfully it was nothing, just an old scar. I think that Doctor's receptionists the world over are genetically programmed to be bloody-minded.

Presumably, you're Non-resident? When on holiday here, I was always directed to take my elderly, Non-resident parents to Torrevieja hospital where, as you say, the treatment was excellent. On one occasion, because my mum was so poorly, I took her to Guardamar clinic because it was much closer, but I was told to take her straight to Torrevieja hospital instead - it just seems to be the place for Non-residents to be treated.
