GVASalut Health Application PIN.

GVASalut Health Application PIN.

Postby Roy Dainty » Fri Dec 09, 2022 1:36 pm

I have downloaded the GVASalut Health App to my phone. It requires a 4 digit PIN. Seeking advice. Does the Clinic issue the PIN as it did with the passwords for the previous (much better) App? If not, please any advice on how to obtain the initial PIN. I also have the App's PC emulation on my computer but haven't determined how to find my PIN from that. Thanks.

No from memory (did mine about 3 years ago) the app/website I think sends you a SMS message to enter a code which in turn asks you to create your own pin. Either that it gives you that option once you’ve scanned in your SIP card. It can take a few goes by the way for the app to read the barcode so don’t move it away too quickly.
You only needed the help from the salud on the old yosalud if you didn’t have a Spanish mobile. On the GVA site you have to have a Spanish number.
All instructions and content on GVA is in Spanish and Valencian.

when you first download and open the GVASalut app it first shows a screen asking for a pin number, this is like a password and it wants you to choose a 4 digit pin so choice 4 numbers that you will remember and enter those, it then asks you to enter these 4 numbers again as verification and after that the app will open. every time you close the app after that and re-open it, you will need to enter your 4 digit pin. This is simply a security process to keep you details safe.
Once you get past this stage you will be asked to validate your details by either a cl@ve digital code or a scan of the barcode on the back of your SIP card. After this you will need to put in your date of birth and then after this, the date of the initiation / commencement of your SIP card. once all done that is it. The app also allows you to add more than one persons details, just select the `3 line`hamburger symbol at top left of screen, select users and then add another person.
good luck.
