Oh, not being able to sleep is a dreadful problem and will be taking its toll on you. It's becoming more and more recognised as one of the most important things for health and wellbeing. I presume you have already tried all the usual things, not drinking coffee , drinking herbal 'sleepy' teas etc. You can buy a 'sleep inducing' lavender pillow spray - quite expensive but worth it, I got it on the Easyjet shop for my sister who was having sleeping problems and she swears by it.If you can't get to sleep til 4 or 5 can you still sleep later? There's a good book about sleep, with tips and advice will look it up for you.

Zopiclone 7.5mg tablets do a great job and do not leave you drowsy in the morning. used to be able to get from all chemists but now some do only with prescription. You might strike luck with the first one you try but if not try others. depending on the chemist they will cost either 2.5 or 5 euros per pack of 28.
sleep tight, you will fine with these

I used to have sleep problems, to such an effect, I started to fall asleep during the day. ( I even fell asleep whilst driving my car a couple of times!). I was eventually diagnosed as suffering from Sleep Apnoea, and I was prescribed a breathing machine to connect over my nose during my nighttime sleep. (Sleep Apnoea is often caused by having your lower jaw fitting inside your upper jaw, which results in a lack of space at the back of your throat. This results in a lack of air & oxygen being absorbed during the night, and you often wake up coughing.

If this rings any bells with you, it might be worth contacting your doctor, and see if he prescibes a Sleep Apnoea Breathing machine.

I now have fantastic deep sleep during the night, and I no longer fall asleep during the day.

Hi Ray, I found Dormidina to be very good, about €8.00/pack, no scrip needed. Pic attached.

I have that problem Zopiclone are good but you can only get them on prescription. Dormadina are also very good and you get them from most farmacias. Good Luck
