Updating SIP card

Updating SIP card

Postby Anniep » Wed Mar 22, 2023 1:20 pm

My phone number has changed, the Salud in Doña Pepa have been informed and I have received calls from them
My problem is all hospital messages come through on my old number , which now belongs to someone else, luckily I know them, I was told the hospital and my doctors use different data bases therefore the hospital details haven’t been updated , does anyone know how I do this, I’ve looked on the generalitat Valenciana site but really can’t find where I can do this? Any suggestions ?

You should be able to do that at your clinic… it does take a bit of time for system to catch up…

I changed my dad's number to my telephone phone number at the clinic and I now get calls from the clinic and hospital regarding his appointments etc.

Unless they've changed the system since the government took over the running of the hospital, the number you register at the salud should update your records. It's some time since I changed our number but both te salud and the hospital use the same number to contact us.

You can't change the number on line. It's one of the details they won't accept. Maybe best to go the information desk downstairs at the hospital and ask them to change it there.
