Yo Salud registration

Been trying to register with Yo Salud without success. I understand from previous discussions on here that some people have had to get a password from the receptionist but the system is supposed to text you one automatically. Anyway it keeps telling me my data is not correct and to visit health centre. Which I have to do this week, just hoped I could make appointment on internet. Is there something I am missing? I am registered at Lo Marabou. Will get it sorted hopefully when I go in but just checking I am not missing a simple fix on registration form.

When I registered I had to miss out the first number on the SIP card.
It should only be the last 7 bold numbers, eg, card number 71 01234567 should only be entered as 1234567.

There is an option for mobile phone or email contact and I ticked both. They then sent me a password on my phone which I had to change to one of my choosing when first logging on.

Can we make appointments to see the doctor for non urgent things? Haven’t had our annual blood tests this year as usually in March and I have left it as thought they had enough to deal with at the time

Good luck with that. I’ve tried everything and nothing works, just like you I was told to contact the health centre because info is not correct!

You won’t be able to make an online appointment at the moment anyway as the facility has been switched off on Yo Salud as surgeries are only seeing emergency appointments until we get passed covid 19

The system also only accepts Spanish phone numbers I think and I couldn’t get it to work on my I pad but their IT people told me to clear the cashe and it worked fine.

The app was down for a few days... OK now....enter all your info....all is automatic...

As far as i know & im in my 9th year here now theres always been a problem with the system even if i go in & see reception & get a new password it allows me to log in & i can see all my info etc & it allows me to change my password which i do & save it. But when i want to go back in it does not recognise my new password & it wont let me do anything else as if i try to change my password it tells me incorrect info consult reception & despite complaing to reception, its still the same.

I’ve just tried it again and the page to make an appointment is still switched off the other pages are working normally For those with password problems etc Yo Salud home screen has a help button top right hand corner this gets you to their IT people who may be able to help when I had problems they were pretty quick at responding
