As the title says, yesterdays Irish Times article detailing how new inheritance laws effect Irish people.

Someone else may post on how it effects UK people.

This has been discussed on this topic (link below) recently but it only affects Residents who live in Spain, not Non-Residents. Not sure if it's different for Irish nationals but can't imagine it would be (??)
