My Lawyer in Spain any good?

As per the title, has anyone used My Lawyer in Spain up by La Marquesa?

Recommend or not?

If not can anyone recommend me a good lawyer for a house purchase, I already have my NIE and bank account sorted

We use Bianca Mendez based at NGS in Quesada. Next to the petrol station by the arches. Bianca has helped us buy 3 properties and sell 2. She is very professional, bilingual, efficient and very nice.

Fontanals near big Consumer on the Torre Road. Not cheap but very good

My Lawyer in Spain are new to Quesada so it's doubtful many on here will have used them yet. We've used Bianca Mendez at NGS for conveyancing in the past and can recommend her, but there's no reason not to use My Lawyer if you've talked to them and they seem right for you. They have offices all over Spain.
