Need Solicitor recommended for Spanish wills ?

We used Fontenals near to Consum in Dona Pepa. They also do our tax returns.

We have just done our wills through " One way Services " close to the quesada town hall. Very efficient and reasonable 80 euros per person including all fees.

If you know exactly what you want to put in your will and how the Spanish inheritance tax system will affect you, then you can go to any of the "Will writers" in the area, because the notary is the one who actually writes your will, but if you want some advice and information then use a solicitor. I used Silvia Galve at SGM and she was great. Truth be told, she's done all of my tax, will and conveyancing work for years now and never put a foot wrong. Best of all, she will sometimes tell me if I don't need to spend money on something, so very honest. Can't recommend her highly enough.

Yes, I too would recommend Silvia Galve at SGM. Website is good, they get straight back to you when you email, both Silvia and the girls in her office are very friendly and help straight away whenever I have a question.
