does anyone know if the Rojales council whatsapp is still live, sent them 2 messages nearly a month ago, neither have been read, so hence no reply

Why not use e-mail ? You have a record of what and when you sent your msg. You can resend if the job does not get done.

I put the question to a councillor in Quesada and he has replied saying that it is still working.
Perhaps you should try again if you still have a problem
