APARTMENT

HI I AM A NEBeeee ON THIS GREAT FORUM
We have this large apartment in Quesada, at Dona Pepa II.
It has a large through lounge, with American style Kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely balcony over look the pool. It has got air-con and ceiling fans. Plus a roof terrace. We have never rented it out the 6 years we have owned it. We bought off plan about 6 years ago. we have had the property valued at £110,000.
Myself and my husband only use it so many times a year.
What I am asking is there anyone that has a villa and wants to down grade i.e Part exchange.
What I would like is a Villa with a pool or has room for a pool. Still on Quesada or near by.
