Hi, we just found this forum and found it very informative. We bought our house in Quesada around 18 months ago and love every minute while we're here. Hopefully we'll be able to spend longer here as time goes on.

Welcome _ I'm sure that you will really enjoy this site.

I've had a house here since 2004 - and although a non-resident - I try and get to Spain (for a month at a time) two or three times a year.
