Hi Jan ,thank you for getting back , yes small world indeed , you can never guess , my family mother , grandmother and granddad etc all come from Northallerton , i spent many happy days and weeks with my nana and granddad there .
Sounds great what you're doing buying in Villamartin , we liked it there too ... keep us informed of your move and hope one day we can meet up and have a good old chat over coffee .

Hi I retired at the end of January and have bought a house in Quesada, only just got back home last Wednesday after a month and am coming back over for April. We love it there and intend to spend time there and in back in England. Welcome you will love it.

sounds good to us ,i bet your so pleased you you bought there in Quesada ,
The times we have been there we loved it , we could hear all accents going on and everyone happy with their lot ....
I'm sure we will love just has much as you guys , we can't wait for our time to come round when we are there rubbing shoulders with people we meet on here .
I was talking with a woman in our local farm shop and she said oh where you going on holiday, said where and she oh my aunt lives there , you'll love it , it's lovely .

Glad to hear you are making the move my wife and myself moved over 10 years ago and certainly don't have any regrets we just love it here, we also live in Quesada area.

, could you tell us , how long is the process of buying a property there is.
When you see one you like , what amount of deposit do you put down to save the house
and then would you get a survey done for peace of mind ....
Is there good solicitors that you may have used , hope you don't mind us asking you questions .
