Hi everyone.
I'm Suzanne Stokes and I'm an artist. I also teach art at Lo Marabu restaurant on Wednesday and Thursday mornings and currently have an exhibition at La Herradura restaurant, Los Montesinos. You can see more about me on www.sue-stokes.co.uk.
I started Dramatic Licence theatre company 7 years ago and I also like to write.

Welcome to TalkQuesada Suzanne. Thank you for telling us about the Art Classes at Lo Marabu and the theatre production. 'A Christmas Carol' is one of my favourites, hope it goes really well.
Look forward to seeing you on the forum.
Jan

hi Jan
I see posts from "Suzanne Stokes" all over the place including the "ruined by advertising" Quesada Life forum. I have nothing against Suzanne personally (I've never met her) but I'm worried that her post might be the 'thin end of the wedge'. I don't want all the others to follow suit. What's your policy on advertising Jan?

Hi Jan,
I saw the above post and just want to defend myself by saying my problem with the other site is that it has been taken over by property companies which advertise lettings and sales and have basically pushed everyone else out of sight. There have been numerous complaints from lots of people, and the site is now virtually dead because of it.
This thread is to introduce yourself. I live in Quesada and I teach art. Simples! However, if there are going to be spiteful insinuations...I'll simply disappear from the site.

Hi Suzanne,
Please stay – I see you are from the Quesada area and, like the rest of us, you can join in the discussions and hopefully make a valuable contribution to TalkQuesada.
This is a new forum and therefore I understand Maria Elena’s concerns about advertisers spoiling other discussion forums. You mention the same problem. With careful monitoring, I am determined that we can prevent it happening to TalkQuesada.
Enjoy the forum.
