Hi everyone

Hi everyone

My wife and I have moved to Quesada leaving behind the UK for good. Currently renting whilst our villa is being built. We will need somewhere else to rent from mid May until early July if anyone has anything available; min 2 good bedrooms, TV/Wi-Fi, and plenty of room as we have been acquiring things for the new villa. Having spent around 10 years researching eastern Spain as to where we would retire, we really love Quesada and its surroundings.

Hi Roy.
Sorry can't really help you with somewhere to rent but thought I would drop you a line as we seem to be in a very similar situation. Lisa (username LisaW) and I are waiting for our house to be built in Pueblo Bravo and it should be ready in August or September. We might be neighbours??????
We will also be renting in Doña Pepa during April and early May and possibly again in July and August. We are probably making similar preparations at the same time....

Have a look at www.hopepropertiesinspain.com - they have short term lets as well as longer lets with various properties in the Quesada area. Alternatively, you can ring them on Tel. No. (Office) 0034 966 731 115
Tel. No. (Mobile) 0034 626 208 789
(I'm not an agent for them but I do rent one of their properties and they have been great!!)
Good luck

Thank you all for the welcomes.
Lisa - we'll be towards the top of Av Guatemala; the Activa villa. Great watching its progress,
Kay / Millie -Re Hope Properties - I found the lady there very helpful some months back but she had nothing at the time (for Jan - May) but will try her again. Would like to stay around Av Malibu, where we currently rent, as moving everything we've gathered will be much easier.
Presently we're enjoying both the life here and checking out the multitude of furniture shops as we gave most of our furniture to the Heart Foundation before moving here. It just wouldn't have worked in Spain.
