Mislaid person can you help

Hello My Name is Roy Thersby, i am from England and i have a old lady friend a Joyce Downey she used to live in La Herrada, but after Bob her husband died a couple of years ago, she was unable to look after herself and was admitted into a care home.
She did tell me that she would advise her telephone number and location where i could contact her alas she must have forgot as she keeps calling me at my office and leaves a messages that she needs to talk with me but does not leave a return telephone number.
Does anyone on here know of Joyce and where she is currently residing,
if anyone does and they are not sure about who i am and the contact reason, ask joyce if she knows me and tell her next time she calls can she leave a clear telephone number or address where i can contact her.
i can be contacted via Talk Quesada. i did try calling the Police local and they advised that they can not help in this matter.

You could try the care homes where English people often go one is Casaverde, then they could also tell you of others around the area she was from ?

There is also a care home near the Rioja centre los Dolces at Villamartin Orihuela Costa

if she calls your office, why not ,1471 the number ?also if she leaves a message,why not press call back?there must be a list of Spanish care homes in the area,ring them all to see,f you knew were she lived wen you knew her why not contact her old address ,they might have had a forwarding address,goood luck,

I am wary of these requests because we never know the true intentions of those seeking someone. I'm aware that there are genuine requests but there are also sinister requests as well, where people are fleeing an abusive situation.

We are often too helpful and could, expose a victim to their tormentor by offering an address or contact.

The best course of action is to advise the searcher to approach the police etc. who will vet the request and ignore any plea because we don't know the truth

If you are about helping people, how do you know who you are helping? Surely you don’t believe everything you read without question?

Giving information may help someone with ill intent. Withholding information may help their victim.

to Glassfull, i do understand your dilemma, how ever if you had read my introduction i had already called the police and tried to explain matters, They refused to speak English of put through to someone that could. and i did post that if you knew of her that you could tell her to call me and remind her to leave a number where i could get back to her.
Joyce is very intelligent and is a computer programmer of international status, but she has not got an ounce of common sense, and evrything she does is in a dream world.
also thank you to the people who have suggested numbers and places, when searching these numbers i get answer phone messages in Spanish and i do not speak spanish.
i will keep looking thanks for the help so far.
internet websites seem to display the head office numbers and not the number of the residence.
i suppose as you get older and your friends die off and you feel lonely, just remember friends are just a telephone call away, but only if they have your number.
