In answer to your question - It is not easy to find work in Ciudad Quesada or anywhere in Spain. As you may know Spain is in a recession, the same as a lot of countries at present, and work generally isn't easy to find even for the indigenous Spanish but for those who are non-Spanish speaking foreigners it's obviously going to be more difficult.

You may speak Spanish and, if you do, that will be an advantage but it's not a guarantee of getting permanent paid work in Spain as there are many unemployed Spanish residents.

Sorry to be negative but it's better to be forewarned. It would be best to take a trip to the area of Spain you are interested in, before you decide to live there, and find out more that way - Chat to the locals - Go into the town hall - Look in the local newspapers.
