Moving to Quesada

Mind keep me updated Joy. We had the same view as you. New or resale. The houses we were shown in different areas didn't float our boat. We were only supposed to be looking, not buying, as we were over on holiday. However when we were shown the house we bought and the plot of land where it is being built it just felt so right. Hope all goes well with your house sale. Lorna x

We are so pleased that we made the move to Atalaya park in July. it is peaceful, and the roads are quiet as there is no through road back in to Quesada. Hope it stays that way!! Re noise from water park. The park is only open through the summer months and from 11am to 7pm. Even with the wind in the "wrong" direction, I wouldn't call it noisy....in fact we barely notice it. Sometimes you wonder if it is open at all if the wind blows the other way. overall, it is a background "noise" that even in the short time we have had our villa, becomes unnoticeable. Hope this helps. Paul.

This is where our plot is. At the corner of the two roads and the two crossings. Yes some of it is land and there are a few houses already there and a few were in the process of being built.

Not yet. We were shown The two top corner plots but the one we picked had a nicer outlook. The one which is in between the two we were shown Is for sale also. We were told once all the plots are sold they then have another piece of land to sell. We thought it was the land which is in Calle Llobregat but I think thAt looks like a wee park. Also where the pylon is there will another park. The pylon is supposed to come Down In the next couple of years and I see there is land after the pylon which is empty. I wonder if that is where the new builds will go. Any ideas?

I was told the pylon was coming down 13 years ago when that whole area was being cleared and was farm land. Mañana mañana!
