Moving to Quesada

Lo Marabu seems to stretch from the area down near Hotel Laguna to the area around Consum/Lidl and beyond. I do not know the full extent to the area myself - so I would think that it would be very difficult to generalise what any area is like.

As with places in England it is better to visit areas at different times during the day and evening - and at different times of the year in order to get a "feeling" for the place. Prior to purchasing we visited "our house" at different times during the day/evening to make sure that there was no loud music etc. We even talked to our prospective neighbours, and asked them their opinions on life in that area. I did the same with my house in England - and so knew many of the "neighbours" before I actually bought!!:D

I am considering selling my apartment in Donna Pepa 1 over the next few months. Can anyone recommend an agent with a minimum fee of under 4000 euros ?
That seems to be the least expensive I can find. Some are minimum of 5000 euros!!!

We have a 3 bed, two bath on a 500 plot,an underbuild which is a very good size for a 4th bedroom/office or games room, pool 8 x 4 parking for up to 4 cars with a solarium with views over the 2 lakes and the sea, we are at the top of Quesada near the water park. 285.000 euros if you would like to pop round and see it you are very welcome. Good luck with the house hunting. Quesada is a great place to live and so much going on if you want it. I dont know of any bad areas on Quesada!!

Hi Sandra, I wish I could, but living in London it is difficult to deal with all the arrangements.
