Welcome
There are numerous furniture stores in the area, far too many to list, Hnos Garcia, J Brinas (In & Out). Global Discount Furniture in Benijofar, JYSK, Sofaland for beds etc etc. just search for muebles on Google and you’ll find a long list of stores.
IKEA Murcia do deliver, but you’ll need a stiff drink before you look at the delivery cost for large items.
If it’s a holiday home and you have a key holder checking the property, they can be there for deliveries for you. But some of the smaller shops have been known to do same day delivery if the item is in stock.
Electricity, the supply will be changed into your name automatically, I personally wouldn’t change things until you have settled into a pattern. Iberdrola have a list of tariffs available that you can check on line.
Internet provider is dependent on what area of Quesada you are in as some have better coverage in different areas. It could be that fibre is not available in your area. But you can look at prices for the likes of Meganet & GoFibra on line.
Builders, you’ll get a long list of recommendations on here, best to specify what work you require and we can point you in the direction of specific tradesmen.

Not sure what you mean by “Spanish home sites” What are you wanting to buy?

Morning Rachel

We purchased our property over 12 months ago. Please see information below:
Beds and Mattresses we got from Hnos Garcia. We ordered on-line, made payment and they arranged delivery with our Key Holders. We bought various bits of internal furniture from Global Discount Furniture in Benjiofar and Dom Bariton. Again, we ordered over the phone and they arranged delivery with our key holders.
Garden tables and chairs we just got from the Chinese Shop next to Hnos Garcia as found them reasonably priced.
We created a Spanish Ikea account and ordered all our pots, pans etc on here and had them delivered to the pet shop near Aldi for us to collect from there.
Skip – We used Juanmi Skip Hire. They want cash on arrival. The skip comes the same day as you order it. Just need to phone them when its ready for collection as it’s a euro a day if you go over what you have said on your booking.
Builder – We have used Emil from Don Aluminio. He did lots of work on our villa and we found him to be extremely reliable and his prices were good.We would definitely use him again. In fact, we have a few bits of building work ready for him.
Internet Provider – we used Go Fibre in Quesada and we have found the internet brilliant as we have both worked from the property also whilst being on holiday there.

Hope this information is useful.

Leroy Merlin sells a lot of stuff for the home. Carpets, lamps, cushions, kitchen stuff and plenty of other things along with DIY goods and so on. Big one in Zenia Boulevard and a littler one in Habaneras.

JYSK in Quesada used to have lots of stuff for the home but now more into flat pack furniture I believe.
Conforama in Zenia Boulevard a bit like MFI used to be in UK but has a good range of electrical items as well.

Place called Casa In Torrevieja has some nice, quirky stuff from sets of glassware, crockery and so on.
The bigger hypermarkets like Carrefour and AlCampo does a good range of household goods.

Hnos Garcia has 3 outlets in Torrevieja and can't fault them for service and delivery. If it's in stock they deliver that afternoon or next day and prices include fitting and delivery. Loads of different type of furniture at very reasonable prices and they have catalogues on line. Even gave us a bottle of nice red wine when we bought a couple of chairs from them.

In and Out furniture in Quesada is a little expensive but the quality is second to none. Lots of Scandinavian and German furniture and the rattan furniture is excellent quality. Also deliver.

Best of luck searching around. It's great when you find something good and at reasonable prices.
