Anybody interested in playing tennis, or is there a group my hubby could meet
To play, we live at the golf course area

Most tennis groups in Quesada are informal friendship groups that arrange games together. So you could just go down to the courts near the Municipal Centre and see if anyone needs more friends to join them. Otherwise you could go to organised group sessions, e.g. run by Steve Durie (+34635061439). You will have to pay for these, but you would definitely meet other players that way. He runs sessions at Campoamor Golf and maybe other places too.
