Thank you for your response. We have just bought a house in Dona pep a but its a bank repossession and has nothing in it at all not even any lights. On a budget to do it up so this sounds great to us thank you. Only problem is we don't come out to Spain to complete and get the keys until another 3 weeks time? Would this still be okay? We are over for a week then. Also do you know any way we could get it from yours to ours? Any suggestions welcome.
