Exactly the same. Just right click anywhere on the page and select "Translate to English". You'll get a message at the top with translating to English and a box saying Always translate Spanish. If you tick that every time you go onto a Spanish site it will automatically translate it for you.
If you use Microsoft Edge, you have to download an attachment first.
The same with Firefox you have to go to add ons and install it.

Just seen this from Torrevieja Translators:-
So today we had a first at the foreign office:
We were up there today, doing our usual TIE applications for a handful of clients, nothing out of the ordinary.
The problem began when we headed into the desks with our clients; a new gentleman was at one of the desks.
He had decided today that only the person in question relating to the application could be in the room, sending our team as well as other translators out, leaving our clients to fend for themselves. We, of course, loitered around the entrance in case anything was to come up as most of the staff on duty today spoke limited English(and some of them we know personally, spoke none).
The claim from the member of staff was to reduce the crowding in the office as it was a busy day, although we could not quite understand how two translators dealing with several individuals were causing much of an issue. Generally, we accelerate the process, as we know what is happening and tend not to waste their time by being prepared while simultaneously deal with language barriers.
That threw us off a bit, and things were a little more chaotic than they tend to be at the foreign office on any given day.
The point of this post is to highlight that there is a certain degree of unpredictability in the current climate. While we know that our clients were fully entitled to a translator while presenting themselves to the immigration department and not speaking the native language, one superior decided they were not allowed this right today.
Thankfully all applicants got through the process successfully. We did brief them on the process and the procedures prior in any case, as we always do, as things like this can happen from time to time.
The lesson learned is that while we can plan and prepare for Spanish admin, there can always be an unexpected change, even for us!

Maybe there were too many in a small space as the social distancing rules are still in place.

Hi Again,
Here is a useful update on our previous TIE Procedure.
When you go to COLLECT your new TIE cards, DON'T go on a Thursday as that is market day in Alicante and they use the Aldi car park for the market so parking will be very difficult.
