wheelchair adapted vehicle

Good morning , does anyone know if is possible to hire a vehicle adapted to take someone sitting in a wheelchair OR does anyone have this type of vehicle who would be prepared to transport the person to the clinic . You would of course be paid well to provide the transport and drive , this is only two or three times a year . TIA

If you're a member of Age Concern they maybe able to help I know they have vehicles that do. Maybe worth asking
