Hi
It is best to use a recommended qualified electrician. We have few recommendations on the forum. Just put recommended electrician into the search box top right.

Jan just because they are recommended does not mean they are qualified to work in Spain so that defeats the argument does it not

Since I have been here biggest problem is that ex pat tradesmen still expect UK wage levels (i.e. expensive for Spain) + often are only interested in cash in hand jobs. Recommendation's therefore are pretty invaluable good people are hard to find.

I know that's why I said 'Qualified' and why I wrote this just now;

announcements-f2/please-don-t-use-anyone-other-than-a-qualified-electrician-t13685.html

Its not easy monitoring a forum but we do our best to remove posts/topics from the forum if they seem to be random persons offering their services.

Thanks.

Jan.

I can highly recommend Steve Birkett electrician. He has just installed air con in 3 rooms. He is reliable, tidy , and does an excellent job for a very reasonable price.
Happy in the sun.

Re: My original post "Electrcian " I wasn't touting for work but merely enquiring what it was like for expats to work in Spain.
