operating a tattoo business in quesada

Hi all ive hunted high and low and cant find any information on tattoo licenses and where i get one from as i have beeen told i will need one to work... does anyone on here know how i go about the process?

"The recent Law 19/2012, of May 25, facilitates the opening of establishments without obtaining prior license and may commence business establishments which does not exempt from the obligation to request and obtain according to their own requirements of Community Autonomous and / or City Council"

I am fully registered and legal in the UK so hoping my license will suffice... i will go to the town hall and ask when i get back over.

I had asked the guy who owns the tattoo studio if i could rent space off him but he said there was not enough business, however he doesnt speak english or spanish and i dont think he markets his business also prices a bit on the high side IMO

you may find that it is not straightforward to transfer any licence other than a driving licence from uk to spain,
