As a matter of interest to myself and, no doubt many readers on here, do you ever fill this often offered vacancy.

If you do, employee retention is pretty low

Most of our staff have worked for us for several years...sadly people claim they can do the job but their performance rarely meets with their bs at the interview ...hope that clears that up

Afternoon I have no BS other than I only have KP AND basic cooking and front of house skills is that helpful
