Work Positions/ Advice

Hi All,

I am looking to move to the area, as my parents are already there and loving life.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can find any work please? English is my only language.

With my parents already there I have a place to stay, before going on to rent my own property. But I am a very hard working individual, and I am open to all possibilities. Full time, ad permanent would be preferred.

So any help would be appreciated.

Hi darren with english being your only language you are limited to work in spain unfortunately.. your best bet would be to try all bars and restaurants who start to take on summer staff around about now. Just pop into places and hand your cv in, as most will ask for a cv, then if its suitable they will then ask you to go for an interview then usually you get a trial run to see how good you are..i know coopers in doña pepa were looking for waiters, but just try everywhere.. good luck

Many thanks for coming back to me. I thought this would be the case. I currently live in the UK, but I am visiting my parents soon. So maybe I will go into bars and restaurants as you suggest to see if any possibilities arise.
