Latest minutes are available for meeting of March 2013

Postby Jan » Wed May 22, 2013 10:35 pm

Hello to all our Lo Marabu members,

The minutes to the latest community meeting which was held in March 2013 are now available in the Administrators on-line virtual office. If you haven't received an email or do not have access to the website, you can contact the Administrator. I have the details for contact should anyone need them.

Everyone please tell all your friends and neighbours on Lo Marabu, if they are not receiving any communication from the Administrator, to email or make contact on the website of Servigest and ask for access to the Website Virtual office and/or to be sent an email each time for meeting Agendas and Minutes.

Jan.

Hi Steve,
I don't know the phone number for the present President but, from what I've heard, the President isn't dealing with the new keys. I mean why would they make it easy for us to collect the keys!!!!!!

I have just heard from a neighbour that the new keys can be picked up from the Servigest office in Torrevieja. You need to take I.D. but, apparently, if you want someone to collect the key for you, you have to email your permission.

You could try contacting them in the virtual office on their website to ask what the procedure is.

I have just been given an email address we can use to give permission and if you need that I can private email it to you through the forum, if it helps.

It's very annoying that they have changed the access to the pool yet again! I don't know how many times they've done it now, this must be around the 5th time. I wonder if all communities have this problem (??).

Hope this helps,

Jan

Just found this in my online office details if it's any help Steve - First I heard of it today as well, as I am in the UK at the moment :

"AS AGREED AT THE LAST MEETING, THE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM TO ACCESS THE POOL
WILL STOP WORKING ON MAY 22nd AND FOR THAT REASON MANUAL KEY WILL BE
NECESSARY TO ACCESS THE SWIMMING POOL AREAS.

THEREFORE, ALL THE OWNERS ARE INFORMED THAT THE NEW
KEY WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM MAY 19th
IN OUR OFFICE (from
10:00 to 14:00 from Monday to Friday)"
