After being let down by an emergency Spanish locksmith and then by a local British “I can do it” DIY type I looked for recommendations regarding the fitting of a new door lock. Had I not been in an emergency situation in the first place I would have had time to look around and find that David Beck of Lock and Key Spain had lots of recommendations. I can now add myself to a list of satisfied customers.

David took our security concerns on board and talked us through our options before fitting a brand new lock to our specialised front door. He explained what he intended to do, without any sales pressure, and as we were in the UK he sent pictures of the products used and the finished article. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend consulting David in the first instance where a locksmith is required.

Had occasion to call out Dave for neighbour due to being locked out. Reason lost in translation but it turned out that her cleaner had put keys out of sight. She in meantime managed to find keys and get in. cancelled Dave after half an hour when he was nearly here. He declined offer of turnout fee. I would recommend his services without reservation. A really good tradesman

Just used David Beck to change and rationalise our mass/mess? of new house keys. Great service and security advice and like many of the previous commenters, we can thoroughly recommend him.

Would like to thank David for his prompt service and the time he took to try to solve my problem. Unfortunately even with his expertise we had to find another solution. Buts thanks again for the time and trouble all at no charge. A very rare gem in this day and age. Cheers Mairead
