Community Rules..?

If you live in a community you have to have consideration for others as you live so close together. Also some rent their houses out so the renters have to be reminded how to behave. If they want to scream when swimming go to the beach

The rules posted by peteknight above are broadly in line with our community rules on Entre Naranjos where we have 19 communities all of which vary slightly. As a President I know only too well how how the community can be abused particularly by holiday makers

They all sound reasonable to me. As a president myself, I am aware of the need for keeping people safe. I don’t want to be held responsible for any accidents to residents or holiday makers.

Firstly I have a quiet friendly word.
Secondly I get the administrator to have a more serious word.
If it is a rental the owners are asked to act to bring the offenders into line.
Thirdly myself and the administrator call the police and have the offenders removed and the house closed to future rentals.
This has happened once in sixteen years.
Most people moderate their behaviour after step one.
