Lost dog seen in El Recorral park Sandy/white colour patches

We are just back from walking our dogs at El Recorral park in Quesada. A small to medium dog with a wirey coat and a sandy white color with patches approached us looking very stressed. He/she has a collar but no tag and doesn't look thin so we think someone may have lost their dog. We gave the dog some water but then he/she ran off. The dog is running up to everyone as if it is looking for its owner, very upsetting. We were going to try an take a photo or pick it up and take it to the vets or police station but it wasn't there when we returned to our car but we know its still running around as other owners were asking if we had lost our dog. One couple thought they recognised the dog from El raso?? Praying that someone picks the poor dog up as its looking very tired and its going to be very hot today....It is extremely friendly so can be approached.

Thank you. Hope the owners see this and that he/she is reunited soon! I expect we will never know but it would be so good if someone knows and can tell us on here.
