Lost misplaced NIE / TIE Card

Hi, Please help if you can .....

I have misplaced my NIE / TIE Card

I live in Quesada,

Do I
1. report it to the oolice - but where?
2. Go to the Immigration Department - but where

Then wait a long long time :-(

Any police station to report the loss and get a report. It was posted in the press that the Guardia Civil will attend the Municipal Centre in Quesada one morning a week to take reports like this. Don't know which day but the lady in there is very helpful. Alternatively you can use the Guardia Civil one as you enter Rojales.

Then it's a case of going through it all again, I'm afraid. Making an appointment, completing the form, going to Alicante etc etc. Oh, and paying the fee at the bank again.

Many thanks for your replies ... Fortunately 2 policeman came round with my lost NIE!

They did not know where it was lost but thanks to the Spanish Police !
