Who misses this cat

This would be a long story and here of topic.
The only thing to say about it: If people would not only feed cats without having them neutered, the cat misery would not exist. And we are trying (at our expense) to alleviate this problem somewhat.

We went to the vet. Unfortunately the cat doesn't have a chip.
