bullying neighbours on urbanisations

A neighbour on my urb recently has been harassing me and also other neighbours too (including children) Its completely out of the blue, for no reason, complaining about things that don't exist in an extremely aggressive and rude manor, as an excuse to target me I think and also harassing my family members who are children with autism. I feel very intimidated and uncomfortable. It isn't a safe environment for my family members who are children. I want to protect myself and my family.

What is the law regarding bullying and harassment on Spanish urbanisations?

I am going to report the issue with the urbanisation president and my family members have advised me to also go to the police to file for a denuncia.

Can anyone offer some advise

As you’ve obviously spoken to other members on your urbanisation , who are receiving the same unwelcome attention, you should all consult your president(s) . If these neighbours are on different a different community, then this should be noted when you advise your president. I’m presuming that the problem has arisen with a member of your community, so your president will need to address the situation.

You say it’s happened recently and out of the blue, then perhaps the person in question has medical issues and a recent diagnosis or change of medication

If the president doesn’t receive a satisfactory conclusion he will then need to involve the administrators.
If it’s a serious issue you need to start the ball rolling before the August holidays kick in.

Didn't think something like that was up to the president to sort out?

If possible I'd suggest keeping your mobile phone camera on and record the behaviour.

If safe to let the person see your recording their behaviour.

Once you have this take it to the local police and seek their advice.

how is it not? the president has sent me a notice based on one of the false allegations from the individual bullying and lying about me. I am not allowed to defend myself or report it to the president, but they can make false claims about me to the president? Bullying is a criminal offense and its also against the urbanisation rules that the president is the head of, so yes its entirely the presidents responsibility. If not then who is responsible for policing and enforcing the urbanisation rules?

The administrator, maybe?

I'm pretty sure this isn't something that the president needs to be involved in, UNLESS they specifically want to get involved.

But I'm sure someone will clarify.
