You can get a fully insured licensed taxi for around that sum. Very foolish to risk riding in some random uninsured vehicle. Anyone taking payment for transporting you is breaking the law if they don’t have the correct insurance and licence.

Quesada taxis took me to airport at 3.30 the other morning.
