Has anyone driven to Alicante port? Can you drive to the terminal in a private car or do you have to take the shuttle bus? TIA

Yes , you can drive straight to the ship. Did it last month.

Last time we were there (mid June) you could only drive as far as the little roundabout, where port security and the Volvo museum are based. But we were waiting for day visitors, not boarding the ship which was mid cruise.
