Indeed, far lower limits but remember that its now outside EU so you benefit from the cheaper price at duty free. Cheaper to buy there than the tobacconist.

Makes no difference to the smokers they just have to spend 15 quid a packet or buy dodgy ones filled with all sorts instead of the duty free ones that people used to take across by the cart load.
