You can take one out with you such as the ones offered by C19 for £29. You take the test in your accommodation then send them a picture of the result. They then email you the certificate you need. This is the option I’m looking at for when I come out in August.

I med appointments only let you book 1 week in advance but you can just walk in they open at 8 am
