There are several banks in the area that offer fee free accounts wether you are resident or not. As a non resident I did the same as I would in U.K., I walked into a couple of branches and asked for what I wanted to suit my own circumstances. As no one else knows what personal to you, that may help if u try that. Also, It’s been done many times on here, so might save u some time if you do a search on here for related posts on fee free banking. Good luck

We are residents and bank with Sabadell no charges. We are pensioners and have one pension coming in every three months. That was the only stipulation for free banking for pensioners to have a pension paid in. All our other pensions go to our uk account and use a Revolut card

I have a Santander Zero account. Must pay in €600 PCM and I must invest at least €100 PCM into one of their savings funds. You can withdraw the investments whenever you want (the next day should you so wish).
