Hi Robbo, thanks for your code number,but how did you get on with booking? I have been hanging on the phone for endless hours,not able to get through. They don't appear to have an internet/Web page for booking. We want to go Santander and return Fast cat Normandie Express to Cherbourg makes it more complicated!! Any ideas.

Book on http://www.brittanyferries.com there’s a box for guests to input the Club Voyage number you’ve been given. It’s very straightforward and if you experience difficulties, just book the outbound and return sailings separately.

Thanks for your replies to my post. Apparently the fast cat Normandie Express has been taken out of service by Brittany ferries. The only option seems to use the normal ferry crossings
