Coronavirus Certificate after booster

Hi, I have previously downloaded my vaccine certificate, but have now had booster jab. When I try and download again I’m not getting the SMS code through. I’m using an iPhone which I’ve always had so don’t understand why it’s not happening. Can anyone help.

As there are many posts already on this subject, yes the booster is included.
Yes, people seem to be having trouble depending on your phone supplier. Ron Hill and others mentioned it is not coming through with Lobster but he has asked them to look into it.

Other phone suppliers don't seem to have the problem.

A neighbour couldn't get it via his iPhone but did on another android. It does show the booster it comes up as 3/3.

I used my lap top. All worked fine. People do seem to have some probs on mobiles.

Hi all, I have been in touch with Lobster over non receipt of SMS they have been working on it since Tuesday but can anyone who has this issue please call them on 711 because they are taking details in order to call when issue fixed. They were very pleasant & helpful.

I am with Lobster and using an earlier link on this forum received my husband's certificate duly updated. Don't remember having to receive a code via SMS.

Think you would have got an SMS as it's a security thing.

Yes you are right just checked and I did receive a text message, so no problem with Lobster!

I have iPhone, iPad and PC, the iPad and iPhone sometimes work with the certificate. The PC WORKS EVERY TIME.
