Hi, is there a Spanish cream cheese or just Philadelphia for cheesecakes, tried the whipping cheese but not very firm when set.

When I make cheesecakes I use these from Mercadona and Lidl.

Lidl, Mercadona all supermarkets do cream cheese like Philly
