I have a question to ask if someone could help me, if so I would be most grateful.

This is for a friend of friend of a friend, not me of course, would anyone know of a treatment tablet, cream, lotion O.T.C for, I'll whisper this, an itchy bum, there I've said it. My friend would be so so so, grateful. As you can imagine.
