Dishonest insect killer company!

Swedish neighbours had/have enormous problems with cockroaches …
They are all year trough everywhere. As they don’t speak any English they asked my help for a company to help them out…

Found a Dutch man Wim/Willem who gassed the whole house on the 25 November 2021, for 180€ and 9 months guarantee…
He told me it worked perfectly and he could do mosquitoes, flys, snakes and whatever…

He came with his son and left me a “guarantee” paper which said: 6 months !!!

Did not pay any attention on it as the paper was inside the house and we could not enter the house for a couple of hours…

Well, it does NOT work in their house, they are still just EVERYWHERE and still alive……
I do find dead ones but it’s obvious that the product is not working a 100%

I took contact again the 29dec 2021, 2 Jan 2022, 5 Jan 2022, 17 Mei , 16 June, 9 July, 12 July, 7 November 2022
to ask to come again under guarantee as he had promised…

I heard about ALL the excuses you can think of…
Sick relation in Holland, bad leg, son will come and then can’t, next week for sure, and so on and so on…!!!

Good advice: do not phone number 0034/604 27 33 87 if you want “help”…

Has it got a company name? Send a text saying you will name and shame them and denounce them if they don't fix the problem. Should it work instantly? I don't know how it works
