Where is this dog? How can anyone else report it if they don't know where this is going on!!!

I and a friend have private messaged her to help but no reply yet ..but could be she has not looked at private messages yet.

It's identical to the post someone else put, doesn't quite ring true!!

Sometimes people are not able to provide specific help themselves and that’s why they plead on a forum like this one.
