Dog abuse

Hi, I am asking for help to make a report for me via. someone who is in the professional field of animal care to the Seprona about the constant abuse of a a dog that lives next door to me, I am not in a position to be able to directly make a report or reach the guardia civil office to do so, and my Spanish is very basic. The dog is not seen or heard unless screaming or crying in pain, whilst the owner is shouting abuse, it also seems locked up in a confined space and is kept inside 24/7 in constant distress and desperately needs help. No animal should have to endure this cruelty. The house is a rental. Please reply any one out there that can help or advise on a rescue centre.

Tell the police or somebody anyway it sounds too serious to be telling this forum. Poor dog needs help we can't help but I reckon the pice will. Please tell them for the sake of the dog

Please report this ASAP that dog is probably in severe pain from the beatings, please please report it to the police or maybe a dog rescue, don't leave this any longer, look at poor Lucky that was found debating so severe she died, you need to do something now
