Dogs dumped at shelter door

There is a spanish run charity that helps people if they find they can not afford food or vets bills for there animals...but like most charities at the moment their funds are low due to their shops closed or stalls they sale things on to get money being closed for so long ..and so many animals needing rescued...

If you go down the road of hidden cameras as was suggested then the dumpers will just take them out into the country and dump them there,

They'd probably starve to death before they were found and rescued
